A quick check with a multimeter will check voltage to the glow plugs and ( on the ohms range) their condition. Check each one individually. Should be 1 to 6 ohms. If one is higher, replace them all. FD 2.0L CW (office); GD 1.8L & CRDi; BMW Z3 M; Audi A4 Quattro; Nissan 350Z HR.

I just ordered a Hyundai i30 1.6 CRDi with an expected 3 month wait for delivery. I travel around 70,000km a year. My query is for all i30 owners with a towbar fitted, whats the towing ability like. The manual suggests 1200kg capability but from experience, what the dealership / manual stated to what the car can actually do can differ!
