im having same problem with HTC one. htc one is coming up on maxidot and skoda rsap is coming up on phone but then it trys to connect and wont, sometimes it says "phone not compatible" . i tried installing a few apps on phone to help but still no joy. would really appreciate help on this coz i commute alot of miles to work. cheers in advance
If there are none then try deleting any pairing and set it up again. Another option would be to go into Settings , Apps,Bluetooth, Storage and clear the cache and data. If no joy then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic. Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
If you haven't done so, scroll down the mfd to phone and see if your phone is highlighted, it might need pairing again. If still a problem check the Bluetooth settings on your phone to see if its visible to other devices, if not make sure the visible to other devices is selected. Hope this helps.
